Our family had a financial impact this year which caused us to have to review all of our debt. One of the ways we felt we were able to reduce some of the monthly bills we had was to refinance the mortgage. The question was, whom do you go with? I then remembered hearing David Hochberg on the Patti Vasquez Radio Show. I remembered how people would call in and he would come up with great solutions on how to resolve their financial situations. Now, I have to admit, I was being added in the refinance, so this was my first exposure to all that goes into (re)financing a house, so I did not know anything about the whole process.
