Hi, Im Troy Mlenar! Helping families achieve their homeownership dreams has been my passion since 1996. With nearly three decades of experience, Ive gained a unique perspective on the entire mortgage process, allowing me to provide tailored solutions for my clients and referral partners. When Im not helping clients, youll find me spending time with my sons. My oldest lives in downtown Minneapolis, and my youngest is preparing for college. We share a love for local record stores (my vinyl collection is now over 1,100!) and fitness. Ive trained in boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai, and Im always up for hiking, biking, or soaking up the sun in Arizona—my favorite destination.
